They also say that it only
runs skin deep. But, and
this is a big but, when it
comes to office spaces,
a timely nip, tuck and
refresh has proved to be
hardly superficial…

employees and their work-output.

Post-covid, the modern of昀椀ce
workplace is yet again evolving and
businesses who want to stay relevant
and competitive need to stay ahead of
the curve.
So why hit refresh?
As far back as 1927, men in white
coats – in this instance in the
Hawthorne studies [1927-1932] found
that there was a link between the
performance of employees and their
working environment.
However, the studies identi昀椀ed that
the physical factors of the working
environment were not the only factors
involved in impacting on productivity.
