COCKTAIL
MODE!
Since it’s spring, we’ve decided to do
something decidedly exotic for our tipple
of choice. This Ool-a-la will be the perfect
INGREDIENTS:
•
40 ml Scotch Whiskey
•
35 ml Peach and Oolong Cold Brew Tea
•
10 ml Vanilla Syrup
•
Soda Water
•
Pear Fan for Garnish
•
5 g Loose Leaf Peach and Oolong Tea (for the
Tea)
WHAT YOU DO:
•
Add ice cubes to a highball or double walled
glass.
•
Pour peach and oolong tea, vanilla syrup and
Scotch.
•
Top with soda water and stir lightly to
incorporate the ingredients.
•
Garnish with a three-tiered pear fan on top.
FOR THE TEA:
•
addition to any garden or patio party you plan
on hosting this year.
Add the loose leaf tea to a vessel and pour 100
ml of cold filtered water.
•
Stir until tea absorbs the water. Seal and leave
at room temperature for 4-6 hours.
