million Aeron Office Chairs, making it
one of the world’s favourite ergonomic
seats.
And now, with new sustainable and
renewable technologies woven into
the very core of the new generation
of Aeron Office Chairs, there are even
more reasons to love the product.
Herman Miller is a founding member
of NextWave Plastics, a consortium
working to develop the first global
network of ocean-bound plastic supply
chains. By integrating this repurposed
and transformed plastic into their
products and processes, they help
in the fight against polluted seas and
ocean plastic debris.
Material innovation has always been
an R&D priority at Herman Miller
and even more so when this process
helps to do good by the planet. By
incorporating this technology into the
Aeron Chair in Onyx, Herman Miller
diverts over 44 metric tons of plastic
annually away from the ocean!
